Easy Weekend

Breakfast with a view

Misty morning

Organizing gear for the day

Crag pup

Nothing but slopers

Just passed the crux

Last move to the finish

Woke up before the sun to a cold and misty Arkansas morning at my favorite climbing crag. We all got around slow that morning, but that was okay because there was no need to be in a rush. There's never a need to be in a rush when spending time outdoors. We waited a little longer for the mist and fog to clear, so the rock would be dry enough to climb by the time we got there. We gathered all of our gear and drove a short distance to a nearby crag called "Valley of the Blind". It was a short approach to the crag overlooking a normal Arkansas valley, only there was something different about this one. It was one of the coolest looking crags I have seen in Arkansas. Spent a few hours there hanging on my fixed line taking photos of friends. It was a good day.
